Why Are You Selling and How Does This Work?

Am I Going To Get Title To The Property?
Once we sign over the warranty deed to you at the real estate attorney’s office, you will be the legal title holder of the property just as if you borrowed money by qualifying at a bank. You won’t have to assume the loan or come up with 10% or 20% down. The only thing we’ll ask is that we close at a real estate attorney’s office so everything is legal. The closing attorney will handle all of the paperwork. It’s not hard at all and even if you’ve never bought this way before, the closing attorney will insure everything is explained in “plain English” so you feel comfortable. You’ll get all of the paperwork you need to take over the payments on the loan and who you make the checks out to until you cash out and make your profit. Just so you know, this is NOT a lease option! You own the property once the warranty deed is signed over.
Are these properties run down junkers in semi-war zones?
